- 1992, E-Tech Electronics Limited established
- 1994, the first Quartz Crystal Resonator factory was set up in Haikou Hainan, China supporting the Toys, Telecom, PC, Audio and industrial markets with our own  brand.
- 1995, E-Tech was appointed as an authorized agent of Unisonic Technologies Co., Ltd.  .
- 1999, E-Tech was appointed as distributor of Winbond  speech and microcontroller ICs. An engineering team was equipped to provide design-engineering services.
- 2001, E-Tech Shenzhen brand is established to provide better service to the Mainland China customers.
- 2001, E-Tech was appointed as an authorized agent of Johanson Dielectronics.  .
- 2002, a new Factory in Zhejiang, China is established for producing high precision Receivers and Micro-Speakers, which mainly support the telecommunication market.
- 2004, E-Tech is appointed as distributor of GTM Corporation  a semiconductor manufacturing company in Taiwan.
- 2004, a new Quartz Crystal Resonator factory is started at Yantai, ShanDong, China.
- 2004, Zhejiang plant has been awarded certification under ISO9001.
- 2005, Zhejiang plant has been awarded certification under ISO14001.
- 2006, Zhejiang plant is expanding its factory to over 10,000sq.m.
- 2006, all our product line has passed the (2002/95/ECC) RoHS Compliance.
